Welcome home!
You are ready to make nutritional and lifestyle choices that you innately KNOW will help bring your body into balance.
YOU ARE THE INNATE HEALER.
Healing is not complicated, it is comprehensive.
The conventional view of the body overcomplicates healing. Conventionally, the body is viewed as a sum of parts, is label dominant, focuses on conditions being separate from one another, views organs separately, is symptom focused, masks symptoms, promotes drugs instead of the body as self-healing, is generalized, and fear based.
The holistic view of the body is comprehensive in healing. Holistically, we view the body as a whole, interconnected being, promote wellness through balance of systems, look for underlying causes, promotes stewardship of the individuals body, uses nature as the teacher, supports the body in healing itself, is bio-individualized, and is empowering to YOU the innate healer.
Who am I?
Hi, I’m Lisa Lovely. I am a Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN®), a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP™), a Wahls Protocol® Certified Health Practitioner, educator, and author of Seven Seasons. I am here because as a patient with Multiple Sclerosis I followed the conventional approach for 6.5 years in which I declined tremendously. After implementing a holistic approach that focuses on nutrition and lifestyle changes, I had a tremendous healing experience and changed careers to become a holistic practitioner. As a practitioner, I support clients in making nutrition and lifestyle changes using the Wahls Protocol® as our nutrition base camp. As a patient, I empathize with you and understand how personal and unique your journey is. As a practitioner, I have the knowledge and experience to support you as you take back your power and become your own innate healer.
Your why
In our work together, you will establish your why. At the beginning of my healing journey, my kids dominated my why. I wanted so intensely to be their mom. As my journey continued, my why expanded and changed as I came back into myself and yours likely will too. There came a point of clarity where I realized that I was worthy of healing. I began honoring myself and allying with my body.
Want to see one of my why’s? Here is a note that my son wrote when I started the Wahls Protocol. He was 10 years old at this time.
I have a unique perspective as a patient and a practitioner.
How long?
First and foremost, the question I get asked without pause is “how long will it take to heal?” Friends, I don’t know. I want you to know that there is only one person who can answer that questions and that is YOU, the innate healer. I am here and ready to provide the tools that I not only used in my own journey, but also the tools I have used to help my clients exit the fear-based paradigm and reclaim their power. I will arm you with as many tools as possible so that you can be independent in your health. You blaze the trail, I can help to sharpen your machete.
Remember, the body is holistic, healing is comprehensive.
Let’s go!
Are you ready to exit the conventional paradigm of sad, sick, and reliant and enter to a holistic paradigm of vibrant, empowered, and resilient?
